A few weeks ago, I started having trouble with its USB ports. So I did, and as I needed to restart, and I was on support chat, I lost my support guy.
Basically errant, inconsistent behavior. USB Ports and Controllers 2. And I can’t find anything to tell me the manufacturer, because I’m not masd sure what a mass storage controller IS.
